Connetix Instagram Giveaway: Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: This Giveaway is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years and older. Employees of Young Bondi, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. Furthermore, You agree to accept the decisions of Young Bondi as final and binding.

3. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted online starting from the date of the Instagram post and ending at a time specified in the post.

4. How to Enter: Follow Young Bondi on Instagram, tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post. Multiple entries are allowed by tagging different friends in separate comments. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

5. Prizes: One winner will be awarded $350 worth of Connetix. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected in a random drawing. Winner will be notified on Instagram within five (5) days following selection. Young Bondi shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

7. Rights Granted by You: By entering, You understand and agree that Young Bondi, anyone acting on behalf of Young Bondi, and Young Bondi’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, comments, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

8. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Young Bondi and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.

9. Disputes: This Giveaway is governed by the laws of Australia, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees that any disputes arising out of this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively before a court located in Australia.

10. Privacy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on Young Bondi’s website.
